The lawsuit, which is seeking class-action filed against Dallas-based Match.com was filed by Sean McGinn of Brooklyn, N.Y., on behalf of otherr Match.com users or former users impacted bythe company’s allegedx actions. In the suit, the plaintifrf accuses Match.com of keepinb the profiles of canceledmembers online, despitwe the fact those members had suspended their membershipsx and cannot respond to e-mails from other Match.com The suit alleges that the majority of Matchy members are actually canceleds subscribers or never subscribed at all.
